Poll (Show Results)

You can easily turn any one question survey into a poll and display the poll results when a user answers the poll question. After you set up your survey question and answers, simply check the "Show results instead" checkbox on the Thank You card. Instead of a "Thank you for your feedback" message, the poll results (number of responses per answer and the % share) will display when a user answers the question.
