Devices & Channels

By default, surveys are targeted to web browsers on all device types:

• Desktop

• Tablet

• Mobile Devices

To exclude a device type, simply click on the icon until it is greyed out.

Desktops will be eligible to see the survey, while tablet & mobile devices are excluded.

To target in native apps (iOS and Android) and for in-email surveys, please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.
